FAQ – Checkout & Customer Assistance
How to Place an Order
Choose the items you would like to buy and place them in your cart.
Go to checkout through the standard checkout page or PayPal.
Enter your email address, full name, and shipping information.
Use the Discount field if you have a valid promo code.
Check your delivery address → provide payment details → click Complete Order.
A confirmation notice will appear after purchase and will also be delivered by email. Support: service@elvarivs.com
Incorrect or Missing Items

A clear photo under 1MB showing the issue
After review, the correct product will be sent at no extra cost. Email: service@elvarivs.com
Confirming Your Order
Your confirmation email includes your order number and purchase details. If you cannot locate it, please check spam, junk, or promotional folders.
Modifying an Order
Order update requests must be made before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is submitted. After that, the order may already be processed. Contact: service@elvarivs.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Pick available options → Add to Cart
View cart: Use the cart icon
Adjust quantity: Edit the Quantity field
Remove item: Click Remove

PayPal Checkout
Click PayPal → access your PayPal account → approve payment → return to the confirmation page.
Discount Codes
Enter your promo code → press Apply → the discount will appear in your order summary.
